Website Design Process

 ▪  Step 1: Initial free consultation. Contact us for a no obligation discussion. The goal for us is to understand your requirements, explain what we can do your you and answer your questions.

 ▪  Step 2: Our quotation. We analyse the amount of work required and send you a fixed price quotation.

 ▪  Step 3: Deposit. If you agree with the quotation and would like to go ahead, at this state we require a deposit of 100 Euro.

 ▪  Step 4: Domain names and Web Hosting. If necessary we register domain names and setup web hosting.

 ▪  Step 5: Provision of Content. At this state you need to supply us with the information about your company, products, services, contact information, images any other content to appear on your website. We can optionally provide royalty free images for the website.

 ▪  Step 6: We layout and design first draft version of your website.

 ▪  Step 7: We present you with the completed first draft version of web site for your approval. At this state you request any changes you need to the layout, graphics, contents and functionality of the web site.

 ▪  Step 8: We rework the web site based on the changes you requested.

 ▪  Step 9: We present you with the second version of the web site incorporating requested changes for your approval. You may still request further changes

 ▪  Step 10: After you approved the completed web site, we require the balance of the agreed price to be paid up. Upon receiving the balance payment, we will release all passwords and information necessary for you to access your website on the internet and to use internet email.
