Settings

Description of program configuration:

• Language - language and country settings

• Company - your company details

• Invoices - invoice settings

• Tax and currency - tax and currency settings

• Email and network - email and network settings

• Letters - letter settings

• Save - save settings

• Close - close without saving

Language settings

• Select your language

• Select your country

Company settings

• Company name - your company name

• Address 1 - 3 - company address

• Tel, fax - your company telephone and fax numbers

• TAX number - VAT number

• Company reg. number - name field and name value

• Prompt to backup on exit - if checked, program asks to make a backup before exit

Invoice settings

• Print logo on invoice - check to print company logo at the top of invoice

• Browse - select logo graphics file

• Print barcode on invoice - check to print encoded invoice number barcode on invoice

• Include order number - show order number on invoice

• Include carriage - show delivery cost and VAT on invoice

• Include TAX rate column - show VAT rate column on invoice

• Include discount column - show discount column on invoice

• Include company TAX number - show VAT number on invoice

• Include company reg. number - show company registration number on invoice

• Invoice type - set default invoice type (service or product)

• Load defaults - load default settings

• Payment term text - this text is shown at the bottom of invoice

• Point size for above text - font size for payment terms text

Tax and currency settings

• Tax name - tax name (VAT)

• Select pre-defined tax name - select tax name from all available tax names list

• Customize Tax rates: modify default VAT rates A,B,C for your county

• Currency - set your country currency code (max 3 characters)

• Select currency from list of available currencies

Email and network settings

• SMTP port - outgoing SMTP server port

• Outgoing SMTP server name - your outgoing mail server

• Email address - your company's email address

• SMTP server requires authentication - check if your outgoing mail server requires authentication

• Username - username for outgoing mail server

• Password - password for outgoing mail server

Letters - letter settings

• You can configure letter subject and letter text for 4 pre-defined letters
