We are committed to supporting our software. We answer support queries by email. If a customer is experiencing a genuine issue, we make effort to resolve it as soon as possible and provide a fix or an update free of charge. In cases where a customer requetes additional features, customizations or software rework, we negotiate the price for it on a case per case basis.
